Castrol Surfactant S 607
Castrol Surfactant S 607 is a non-ionic synthetic alcohol ethoxylate especially developed for soluble metalworking fluid, water based cleaners and deformation products. It is optimised for stability and compatibility as an effective tank-side additive for both single sump machines as well as central systems. It helps improve detergency, reduce chip build up and help adjust surface tension of working emulsions.
Castrol Surfactant S 607 can be used in all aqueous systems where system cleanliness is a concern resulting in residues and deposition. Typical Physical Characteristics Recommended Concentrations Castrol Surfactant S 607 should only be used after consultation with Castrol’s Service Representative. Recommended dosage is 0.005% to 0.03%.
