Mobil DTE FM 32
Mobil DTE FM 32 is a premium food grade lubricant specifically developed for use in food processing and packaging equipment where there is potential for incidental food contact. Formulated with high-quality base oils and non-toxic additives, it is NSF H1 registered and complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 requirements, making it suitable for use in sensitive food industry environments.
One of the key advantages of Mobil DTE FM 32 is its excellent anti-wear performance. The formulation provides reliable protection for hydraulic systems, gears and bearings, helping reduce component wear and extend equipment life in demanding operating conditions.
Mobil DTE FM 32 also offers outstanding oxidation stability. The lubricant resists degradation at elevated temperatures, helping maintain system cleanliness, extend oil and filter life and reduce maintenance requirements. This ensures consistent and reliable operation across a wide range of applications.
Another important benefit of Mobil DTE FM 32 is its strong corrosion protection. The oil protects internal components against rust and corrosion, even in the presence of moisture, helping preserve system integrity and reliability.
Mobil DTE FM 32 also provides excellent water separation and air release properties. These characteristics help minimise foaming, improve lubrication efficiency and ensure stable system performance, particularly in hydraulic and circulating systems.
Mobil DTE FM 32 is suitable for a wide range of applications including hydraulic systems, gearboxes, bearings, compressors and circulating systems used in food processing, beverage production, meat packing and fish processing plants. Its versatility allows it to be used across multiple applications, helping reduce inventory requirements and simplify maintenance practices.
Physical characteristics include a kinematic viscosity of approximately 31.9 mm²/s at 40°C and 5.5 mm²/s at 100°C, with a viscosity index of around 106. Mobil DTE FM 32 has a density of approximately 0.862 kg/l at 15.6°C, a flash point of approximately 212°C and a pour point of approximately −12°C, supporting reliable performance across a wide range of operating conditions.
