Mobil Wyrol 2
Mobil Wyrol 2 is part of the Wyrol product range, a series of liquid additive concentrates developed to optimise the frictional characteristics and performance of cold rolling oils used in aluminium rolling mills. These additives allow operators to fine-tune roll oil performance to achieve improved surface finish, enhanced productivity and consistent substrate quality. Mobil Wyrol 2 is specifically formulated as an oxidation inhibitor concentrate designed to improve oil stability and extend roll oil service life.
One of the key advantages of Mobil Wyrol 2 is its ability to extend roll oil life. Physical characteristics include a clear and bright appearance with density of approximately 795 kg/m³ at 15°C. Mobil Wyrol 2 has a flash point of approximately 93°C, ash content below 0.005% and low neutralisation number. The additive is formulated to improve oxidation stability, extend roll oil life and maintain consistent rolling performance in aluminium rolling mill applications.
