Mobil Wyrol H 32
Mobil Wyrol H 32 is part of the Wyrol H Series, a range of hydraulic oils specifically developed for use in rolling mill hydraulic systems. These oils are formulated using non-staining base oils combined with shear-stable synthetic components to achieve the required viscosity. Specially selected additives provide good anti-wear protection, oxidation stability and rust prevention, helping ensure dependable hydraulic system performance.
One of the key advantages of Mobil Wyrol H 32 is its very low staining characteristics. The formulation helps minimise staining on rolled aluminium or yellow metals, reducing reject material and improving finished product quality. This makes the oil particularly suitable where contamination from conventional hydraulic fluids could result in surface defects after annealing.
Mobil Wyrol H 32 also provides very good anti-wear protection. The additive system helps reduce wear in pumps, valves and hydraulic components, extending equipment life and improving system reliability. The oil also offers strong oxidation resistance, helping minimise deposit formation and extend oil service life.
Another important benefit is its suitability for rolling mill hydraulic systems. Mobil Wyrol H 32 is recommended for mills rolling aluminium or yellow metals where cross-contamination of conventional hydraulic oils with roll oils could cause staining problems. The ISO VG 32 viscosity grade is suitable for both low and high pressure hydraulic systems in rolling mills.
Mobil Wyrol H 32 complies with FDA 21 CFR requirements for surface lubricants used in the manufacture of metallic articles and is suitable for rolling operations producing foil for food packaging applications. The formulation supports clean annealing performance and consistent hydraulic system operation.
Physical characteristics include ISO VG 32 viscosity grade with a kinematic viscosity of approximately 32 mm²/s at 40°C. Mobil Wyrol H 32 has a density of approximately 850 kg/m³ at 15°C, flash point of approximately 130°C and pour point of approximately −18°C. The oil provides low staining performance, strong wear protection and reliable hydraulic system operation.
