Shell Helix Ultra Professional AS-L 0W-20 is a premium fully synthetic motor oil developed to meet the demanding lubrication requirements of modern high-efficiency gasoline and diesel engines. The oil has been tested using the M111 fuel economy procedure and demonstrates a minimum improvement of approximately 3.4 percent compared with industry reference oils. This demanding specification combines the ACEA C5 industry standard with additional Volvo-specific performance tests to ensure reliable lubrication performance in modern Volvo engines. The oil is intended for use in Volvo’s VEA engine platform produced from 2015 onwards and should only be used in engines that require this specific lubricant specification.
