Physical characteristics include a kinematic viscosity of approximately 32 mm²/s at 40°C and 6.0 mm²/s at 100°C with a viscosity index of approximately 135. Shell Tellus S4 ME 32 has a density of approximately 825 kg/m³ at 15°C, a flash point of around 240°C and a pour point of approximately −54°C, supporting reliable hydraulic lubrication performance across a wide range of operating conditions.
