Castrol Multipurpose Grease is a high quality lubricating grease developed primarily for the automotive market using an optimised combination of mineral oil, lithium thickener technology and a specially selected additive system incoporating EP/Anti-wear additives, antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors.
Advanced extreme-pressure (EP) additive chemistry delivers strong load-carrying capability, helping to protect mating surfaces against scuffing and micro-pitting under heavy-duty operation.
Strong corrosion protection helps preserve metal surfaces against rust and chemical attack, supporting equipment longevity in environments where moisture or aggressive contaminants may be present.
Castrol Multipurpose Grease is an extreme pressure grease intended for the lubrication of a wide variety of plain & rolling element bearings used within the automotive industry. It’s excellent structural stability makes it particularly suitable for use in the wheel bearings of cars, buses and trucks where operating temperatures are within the limits specified. Castrol Multipurpose Grease also exhibits excellent water and corrosion resistance affording enhanced component protection on the more exposed applications found on the vehicle chassis.
