Mobil Aero HF is a high-quality aviation hydraulic fluid designed to meet the demanding operational requirements of modern aircraft hydraulic systems. Formulated using carefully selected mineral base oils combined with shear-stable viscosity index improvers, Mobil Aero HF delivers excellent low-temperature performance, reliable anti-wear protection and strong chemical stability. One of the key advantages of Mobil Aero HF is its high viscosity index, which allows the fluid to maintain consistent viscosity across varying temperatures. Physical characteristics include a kinematic viscosity of approximately 14.0 mm²/s at 40°C and 5.2 mm²/s at 100°C, with a viscosity index of around 370. Mobil Aero HF has a density of approximately 0.872 at 15.6°C, a flash point of approximately 107°C and a pour point of approximately −62°C. The fluid also provides a kinematic viscosity of approximately 450 mm²/s at −40°C, supporting reliable hydraulic system performance across extremely wide temperature ranges typical of aviation operating environments.
