Mobil Outboard Plus is a premium two-stroke engine oil formulated for high-performance, water-cooled outboard engines. It is produced using highly refined mineral base oils combined with an advanced ashless dispersant additive system to provide clean engine performance and reliable protection in demanding marine environments.

One of the key advantages of Mobil Outboard Plus is its excellent deposit control. The formulation helps minimise exhaust port deposits, spark plug fouling and pre-ignition, promoting cleaner combustion and smoother engine operation. This contributes to improved efficiency and extended engine life.

Mobil Outboard Plus also provides strong wear protection. It helps reduce cylinder scuffing and ring sticking, protecting critical engine components and ensuring reliable performance over extended operating periods.

Another important benefit is its excellent corrosion protection. The oil helps protect engine components from moisture and marine conditions, reducing the risk of rust and ensuring long-term durability in harsh environments.

Mobil Outboard Plus also offers good thermal and oxidation stability. This helps maintain oil performance under varying operating temperatures and supports consistent lubrication across a wide range of conditions.

The product is pre-diluted to facilitate easy mixing with fuel and is suitable for use in both modern and older two-stroke outboard engines. It is recommended for engines from manufacturers such as Johnson, Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki and others requiring NMMA TC-W, TC-WII or TC-W3 performance levels, as well as light-duty air-cooled two-stroke engines used in garden and handheld equipment.

Physical characteristics include a kinematic viscosity of approximately 52.9 mm²/s at 40°C and 8.8 mm²/s at 100°C. Mobil Outboard™ Plus has a pour point of approximately −36°C and a flash point of approximately 100°C (Pensky-Martens Closed Cup). The product has a blue colour for easy identification and mixing, supporting convenient and reliable use in two-stroke applications.
