Shell Refrigeration Oil S4 FR-F 32 is a high-performance synthetic refrigeration compressor lubricant formulated using a polyol ester (POE) base fluid. The lubricant has been specifically developed for refrigeration systems operating with HFC refrigerants such as R134a. Its advanced synthetic formulation provides reliable lubrication, excellent wear protection and long oil life, making it suitable for modern refrigeration compressors used across domestic, commercial and industrial cooling applications.
One of the key advantages of Shell Refrigeration Oil S4 FR-F 32 is its excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation. Refrigeration compressors frequently operate at high discharge temperatures which can accelerate lubricant breakdown and lead to deposit formation.
